Rangers? Really? They have been doing better than I expected. Panarin was a step in the riight direction but theres more to hockey than getting 1 star in FA.

Tampa has been the least impressive team considering their team. I would put San Jose or Calgary next.

Leafs have been a real (frank)in disgrace too. Luckily they have so much talent they still win some games but the defensive play is garbage - and I mean everybody from Marner, Matthews on down to Marincin.

Yeah but the D isn't really any worse than ever, we just expected it to be better. I don't think that's too big of a disappointment. The offense has still been very good most nights.

Tampa, NYR, or Dallas are better picks at this point. But it's 11 games in ffs, let's come back to this in the new year.

Definitely the Rags. But this is what they do. Buy everything they can on the open market and watch it crumble in front of them year in and year out. Steal other teams college prospects in the worst free agent rule in sports and then trade them after 4-5 years of disappointment. I never thought I'd say this, but I agree with Tanner. They were never really a 128 point team, but 105-110? Sure, and they could still get there, but they've been pedestrian personified to start the year.

God damn economy

There were signs that they weren't as good as people thought - last year they scored on over 20% of their shots on the power-play, had a ridiculous record in 1 goal games (which are mostly random) and they had a back-up goalie who was almost out of the league go 21-5.

They aren't as bad as they seem, but they were never as good as they seemed either.

Yeah, they're focusing on adjustments. This is what they need- stop going river shinny and learn to play a cohesive system.

Swept the Pens in the first round last year while your team was watching the draft and now are on a six game winning streak which is tops in the NHL so far this season. Not sure if sucks is the right description here much to you and Tanner’s disappointment. One thing anyone on this site can count on is both you and Tanner being wrong. Pretty consistent. Well you have the draft to look forward to... Again...
